Just a quick thank you for a wonderful vacation to Orlando.
We were lucky enough to stay at your villa and use several pieces of the equipment that you offer.
The villa was outstanding. We found it to more than meet the needs of our 80 year old dad, who cannot walk more than a few feet. It was luxurious, and allowed for his safety, comfort, and privacy for all. Most importantly, it was immaculate.
The van and scooter that you provided for my dad was a great source of comfort and enjoyment for all of us. It allowed us a chance to see many sites in the area, and for my dad to get around in a much more independent fashion than he has been used to.
Aside from all of this, the personalized attention that our family received was above and beyond any expectations that we had. You were right there for us, to take us to the airport, to help with directions when we were lost, or if we had any questions at any time.
My sincere appreciation for the great and much needed R&R on our vacation.
