Day 3 • HONG KONG
This morning, our sightseeing tour acquaints you with Hong Kong Island
as you pass through bustling Stanley Market, the beaches of fashionable
Repulse Bay, and Aberdeen Bay's sampan colony. End with a coach ride up
to Victoria Peak for a panoramic view of the city and its dazzling
harbor. |

Day 4 • HONG KONG
Each day in Hong Kong, depending on the day of the week, you may join in
a complimentary daily value-added activity. Perhaps explore this vibrant

Day 5 • HONG KONG
This morning, we can arrange for you to participate in a Tai Chi class.
Sometimes called "Shadow Boxing", Tai Chi balances the Yin and the Yang,
doing as much for the mind and soul as for the body. The graceful and
leisurely-looking movements are a favorite means of keeping fit in Hong
Kong, especially among the older generation. Then, perhaps participate
in another of the many fascinating complimentary activities offered
through the "Cultural Kaleidoscope" program. |

Day 6 • HONG KONG
Free day. A good time to shop for bargains or further experience this
exciting city by joining one of our optional sightseeing tours

We want you to
get the most out of your vacation. For your own guidance, please
carefully read and be sure that you fully understand the IMPORTANT
NOTES and TERMS & CONDITIONS as stated below. Receipt of your
payment represents your acknowledgement and acceptance of these
terms and conditions. Medical Travel, Inc. will be happy to
clarify any questions you may have.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Hotels are based
on double occupancy. Single supplement is indicated on the
itineraries. Triple room rates are not available. Hotels are subject
to change. Substitutions, if any, are similar class to listed
hotels.
MEALS: Meals are served as
specified in the itinerary.
TOURS: Due to occasional flight
delays, it may not be possible to include some sightseeing tours as
scheduled. If it becomes necessary to change the means of
transportation or any other service, or for the tour to be prolonged
through circumstances beyond the control of the ground operator, any
additional tour cost must be borne by the passenger and is payable
immediately.
HONG KONG PACKAGE: is locally
hosted, and we reserve the right to cancel the tour. Please note:
Participants on this tour will be met and assisted at the airport(s)
and while touring in Hong Kong on a seat-in-coach basis.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: : U.S.
passports with a six-month validity AFTER the date of return are
required for all tour participants. Non-U.S. citizens should check
visa and health requirements with appropriate consulates or their
travel agent.
HEALTH: In general, tours are
quite active and require a good deal of walking, frequently
including stairs. We strongly recommend that you discuss any health
concerns regarding these points with your personal physician.
Travelers needing special assistance must advise Medical Travel,
Inc. at time of booking. We regret that we cannot provide
individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting
on/off motorcoaches and other transportation vehicles, or other
personal needs. Passengers requiring any form of assistance must be
accompanied by an adult, over 21 years of age, responsible for
providing such assistance. Handicap access to some facilities may
not be available at the same required levels standard in the US.
Currently, vaccinations are not required. As health requirements
change without notice, please check with your personal physician or
public health service for current required or recommended
inoculations. |

BOOKING
PROCEDURES (1 through 5, see below) |
1. RESERVATION
REQUEST:
Upon receipt of your deposit, written confirmation/invoice and
Passenger Information Form, will be sent. |
2. DEPOSIT: All
Deposits and Travel Protection Fees may be paid by credit card
(MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express) with signed credit
card authorization form or by check.
a.) Receipt of deposit confirms your reservation and is applied
toward final payment.

be paid by credit card or check. The Pre-Existing Conditions
exclusion can be waived by purchasing the plan within 7 days of your
deposit or initial trip payment.

3. FINAL
PAYMENT:
Final payment is due 70 days prior to departure date and may be
made by credit card, with signed credit card authorization form, or
by check.
Any payments not made by 70 days prior to departure date will be
subject to a $50.00 per person late payment fee. A $50.00 per
person late booking fee will be assessed on new reservations
made within 30 days prior to departure. Final payment on late
bookings is due immediately to avoid the late payment fee, and is
accepted only by certified check. Special delivery charges may
apply.
Medical Travel, Inc. reserves the right to cancel bookings not
paid in full by the due date. During peak travel periods, it may be
necessary to request your final payment more than 70 days prior to
departure date, or modify your tour arrangements to accommodate
unforeseen circumstances due to the high demand for air and hotel
space. You will be notified immediately should this situation arise.

4. REVISION FEES:
A per-person fee for each revision will be assessed for any changes
in air and/or land arrangements after the booking number has been
issued and is under deposit. From initial reservation through issue
date of documents/ tickets……. US $15.00 per person (plus supplier's
penalties).
Once documents/tickets are issued, changes are not permitted and air
tickets are non-refundable.
A change in departure date, or from one tour to another, is
considered a cancelled trip and cancellation penalties will apply. |
5. CANCELLATION FEES:
All tours:
70 days or more before departure…………………...……US $300.00* per person

44 to 16 days before departure………………………..…..US $400.00* per person
15 to 1 day before departure…………………………..…..US $500.00* per person
*Plus any charges assessed by land suppliers, cruise companies and
airlines, in addition to any revision fees.

AIR INFORMATION: |
We will
provide air transportation in conjunction with all land tours, based
on the applicable air fares on Continental Airlines and
participating carriers, subject to the rules and regulations of the
class, fare and service of the individual airline. Tours that are
published inclusive of air utilize contracted net fares in effect at
time of printing (January 1, 2004) and are subject to change by the
airline. Due to special contracted net agreements, supplements or
credits for air deviations may not be equal to published air fare
differentials.
Depending on
air fare class used, the air fare may be non-refundable and subject
to full cancellation penalties. Tour fare does not include any
increase in air fare due to increase in fuel cost and/or for any
other reason. Tour extensions may incur weekend surcharges. Medical
Travel, Inc. endeavors to follow the itineraries precisely; however,
if flights are not available at the scheduled time, we reserve the
right to modify the air and land arrangements for smooth operation
of the tour.
BAGGAGE: US transpacific baggage allowance is two pieces of
checked baggage. Maximum weight/size for each piece is 50 lbs./62
inches (sum of three dimensions). One carry-on not to exceed 45
inches (sum of three dimensions) is allowed. Pacific Delight Tours
does not assume any responsibility for loss or damage to baggage or
passenger's belongings. It is at passenger's risk throughout. |
